HEALTHY SNACKING CHALLENGEThis challenge is going to try to kick our snacking habits, or at least exchange them for more healthy choices. Each day try not to snack while at work, or only snack on something healthy- like fruits, vegetables, yogurt, cottage cheese, or nuts.
