​GET OUTSIDE CHALLENGE​

​The goal of this challenge is to spend at least 15 minutes outside each day. Just be sure to dress for the weather to protect your skin and body from weather and  temperature changes.

​EXERCISE CHALLENGE

​For this challenge, we will strive to exercise four  times a week for 25 minutes each day. The type of  exercise will be different for every person but you should challenge yourself.

HEALTHY SNACKING CHALLENGE

This challenge is going to try to kick our snacking habits, or at least exchange them for more healthy choices. Each day try not to snack while at work, or only snack on something healthy- like fruits, vegetables, yogurt, cottage cheese, or nuts. Check off the days on the next page in which you accomplish this task!

​ADEQUATE SLEEP CHALLENGE

For this challenge, we will attempt to change up our habits that effect how much sleep we get and the quality of the sleep we get.

​SOCIAL CONNECTIVITY CHALLENGE

The goal of this challenge is ​to make a conscious effort to increase our social interactions. Once a day, reach out to family, friends or coworkers to discuss what is happening in your life (other than work).
