Complete and return the Step Challenge Waiver Form to WellnessWorks!, by May 9, 2024
Each team of five (5) is responsible for entering their weekly steps, to the Wellness Works! portal at WellnessWorksCle.com.
Team Captains will send the total number of steps taken:

Terms & Conditions
- All teams will be judged on their total steps to become eligible for prizes.
- Valid E-mail addresses must be submitted during team registration.
- It is each individual team member’s responsibility to submit their steps to the team captain and for the team captain to submit the steps online weekly to be eligible for prizes.
- Weekly steps must be submitted to www.WellnessWorksCle.com to be recorded.
- Each team’s weekly totals will be displayed on www.WellnessWorksCle.com
- An email will be sent from Wellness Works! displaying each teams step total for the week.
- Mini challenges throughout the step challenge.
- Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are ineligible for any prize.
- Entrants must be over 18 years of age and have completed all related waivers and paperwork.

FitBit App-You don't actually need a Fitbit tracker in order to use the Fitbit app! In addition to being a step tracker, this app can also log your food and hydration each day while managing your health and fitness goals.
Google Fit-This is one of the best step counter apps for Android because it was developed directly by Google in a collaboration with the American Heart Association. It tracks way more than just steps: it monitors all of your physical activity and lets you set fitness goals by working with the other health apps you have on your phone already.

On iPhones, you can swipe on your home and lock screen to view the app's widget — it conveniently shows you how many steps you've logged at a glance.
