Each team of five (5) is responsible for entering their weekly steps into Wellness Works! portal at WellnessWorksCle.com.
Team Captains will send the total number of steps taken: Dates to submit step results Start of Challenge-Week 1 Monday, April 14, 2025 Week 2- Monday, April 21, 2025 Week 3-Monday, April 28, 2025 Week 4-Monday, May 5, 2025 Week 5-Monday, May 12, 2025 Week 6-Monday, May 19, 2025 Final submission Week 7- Monday, May 26, 2025 The final day to submit the previous week’s steps is the Wednesday of each week. FitBit App-You don't actually need a Fitbit tracker in order to use the Fitbit app! In addition to being a step tracker, this app can also log your food and hydration each day while managing your health and fitness goals.
Google Fit-This is one of the best step counter apps for Android because it was developed directly by Google in a collaboration with the American Heart Association. It tracks way more than just steps: it monitors all of your physical activity and lets you set fitness goals by working with the other health apps you have on your phone already.

Steps App- has a sleek interface that you can customize to one of six fun colors. On iPhones, you can swipe on your home and lock screen to view the app's widget — it conveniently shows you how many steps you've logged at a glance. Plus, people who use wheelchairs can use this step counter app as long as they have an Apple Watch.
